Biznovation

Introduction

Biznovation 2025, hosted by the Budding Entrepreneurs Forum at the School of Business, MIT-WPU, stood as a powerful catalyst for entrepreneurial spirit and innovation. With participation from 42 teams across Pune, the event transformed into a melting pot of disruptive ideas, business insight, and passionate creativity.

Built to challenge conventional business thinking, Biznovation offered aspiring entrepreneurs a stage to pitch sustainable, tech-driven, and impactful ventures. From AI-powered learning platforms to biodegradable products and grassroots agri-tech, each pitch reflected a bold vision to solve real-world problems with practical and scalable solutions.

The event featured multiple competitive rounds, beginning with the “Solve and Pitch” stage where teams showcased their business ideas to an esteemed panel of judges. After rigorous evaluation, the top 12 teams moved forward to the final round, where their ideas were sharpened, scrutinized, and celebrated.

The inaugural ceremony set the tone for inspiration, with keynote speakers like Santosh Sahane, Sumit Chuttar, and Manjula Subhash sharing powerful entrepreneurial journeys that resonated with every participant. Their stories emphasized the value of innovation, resilience, and sustainability in shaping the future of business.

Throughout the event, participants demonstrated sharp business acumen, creativity, and a commitment to impact—presenting models rooted in environmental sustainability, mental wellness, digital transformation, and rural development.

As Biznovation 2025 came to a close, the atmosphere was electric with optimism. Participants walked away not just with feedback and recognition but with renewed clarity, courage, and drive to pursue their entrepreneurial paths. The event didn’t just end with winners being crowned—it sparked the beginning of many promising ventures.
