ThinkXChange 2025: A Global Confluence of Innovation and Culture
Organized by the Budding Entrepreneurs Forum at MIT-WPU’s School of Business, in collaboration with the International Relations Office, Mondragon University (Spain), and MTA Travelling University (Korea), ThinkXChange 2025 was a vibrant platform for cross-cultural learning and entrepreneurial innovation. Held on February 4th at Shivneri Hall, MIT-WPU, the event brought together students from India, Spain, and Korea to share ideas, collaborate, and build global connections.

Empowering Future Entrepreneurs
This year, ThinkXChange expanded its international scope, welcoming Korean students alongside Spanish participants. Budding innovators pitched impactful business ideas, engaged in global networking, and exchanged perspectives shaped by diverse cultural and business practices. The event emphasized sustainability, inclusivity, and the importance of cultural understanding in nurturing entrepreneurial mindsets and fostering global cooperation.

Structured for Success
The agenda featured a warm welcome, experience-sharing sessions, team presentations, and brainstorming activities. Dr. Deependra Sharma’s leadership and support were instrumental, while Nirupama Kocherlakota set the tone with key insights on the value of collaboration, communication, and entrepreneurship. Expert mentors like Dr. Vinita Kale and Dr. Swati Bankar guided students through cross-border ideation and networking.

Celebrating Diversity through Ideas
Students from all three countries showcased groundbreaking business ideas tackling global challenges such as mental wellness, sustainable fashion, AI-driven baby food solutions, and eco-friendly construction materials. Projects like ReNewed furniture upcycling, Quick Reads HUB digital storytelling, and Geru eco-painting solutions demonstrated creativity and a strong commitment to sustainability, highlighting the power of collective global effort in solving pressing issues.

Building Global Connections
The event championed cultural exchange, breaking linguistic and geographical barriers. From shared meals to brainstorming sessions, students gained fresh perspectives and made meaningful connections. Team coaches from Spain and Korea emphasized entrepreneurship’s role in solving global challenges and the significance of sustainability in business models, inspiring participants to think globally while acting locally.

A Vision for the Future
ThinkXChange 2025 proved to be more than just an event — it was a testament to the impact of international collaboration in shaping the next generation of entrepreneurs.
